A content feeds app, a geolocation service and a sovereign AI platform.

Each one written as Situation, Insight, Goals, Navigation, Achievement, Learnings — the decisions, not the highlight reel.

The news app that had the right content for you when you opened it

Took Socialife from Sony’s requirements through delivery of the first prototype after onboarding a delivery team in Madrid — a global product with first roll-out in EU and Japan. Later download numbers are the product’s story, not a personal claim.

Europe logistics map: network radio footprint, Wi-Fi sites, and asset location across factories, routes, and stock sites.

Finding equipment with connected devices without GPS

Took GPS-free geolocation from a proof of concept to a pilot and first production version, and designed the Wi-Fi Atlas extension offer.

Positioning a sovereign artificial intelligence platform, honestly

Built the ideal-customer profile, go-to-market foundations, and a Gartner Market Guide listing for a seed-stage sovereign AI platform — honestly, with no product deals in that tenure.

EU cloud observability platform

Lead Product Manager · current

Portfolio leadership on Logs and Metrics — roadmap calls, objectives-and-key-results cascade, and a product-team transform — plus hands-on prototypes.

Logs and Metrics ship by integrating open-source software we operate (OpenSearch Dashboards, Graylog, Grafana) into a European cloud offer. Prototyped a modern logs experience (log analysis, dashboards, OVH service-log ingestion) and an AI query assistant that turns ordinary-language questions into Lucene search queries.

Growth-rate only for Logs; no absolute euro figures; no internal repo links.

No case study for this one while I'm still in the role.

Sigfox — billing and API platform

Portfolio Manager, IoT Services

The other half of the same tenure: billing and subscription (pay-as-you-grow versus committed volume across national network operators) and API lifecycle.

Billing factory Lot 1 was about 11 full-time people with Capgemini. API v2 planned API v1 end-of-life, rate limiting, and a push/webhook path.

No absolute euro figures. The flagship public story is geolocation.

Open the geolocation case for the flagship product.
